What customers say
Well-kept, spacious site with friendly staff & great natural surroundings. Good amenities, peaceful, level pitches & nature trails. Family-friendly with play area & goats. Some found facilities dated; road access & shower temp/pressure could be better.

Friendly staff, clean facilities and great park for the kids!
FHU gravel travel trailer campsite
Liked spacious pitches, we wish we had picked the one over looking the lake! The site itself was clean and tidy! Our girls loved the park and goats! We can’t wait to visit again in summer, our stay was just before they opened for season so the outside bar was shut.
Beautiful walks right on your doorstep!
Disliked The only dislike was we didn’t stay for two nights!

Friendly site with level pitches surrounded by nature
FHU gravel travel trailer campsite
Liked Lovely peaceful site with level pitches and water/electric per pitch (in paddock 4). Liked the walking trail around the site. Staff very friendly. As others have said, imagine it can get very busy in the summer months, and if you’re a family with children this would probably be great.
Disliked Nothing really, just quite pricey at £40/night
