Beautiful lake for paddleboarding & swimming, peaceful setting. Friendly staff, spacious pitches, clean facilities (newer showers great!). On-site cafe & pub nearby. Minor water pressure/cafe hour issues, but guests loved it and want to come back.

Liked Love this site and have visited several times. The new toilet and shower block is very good. The taps weren’t all working though.
The lake is brilliant for swimming and paddleboarding.

Liked The lake and the surrounding areas outstanding. The most beautiful Clearwater I've swam in a long time. The toilets and the showers always clean.
Disliked Only slight annoyance, was the grass cuttings everywhere at this time of year, September, Stick to your shoes, getting in your tent

Liked Everything...one of the best campsites i've ever been to. Beautiful location with lovely walk to oub and beach, lovely cafe, toilets and showers are pristine, with a beautiful lake to swim in, friendly staff and dog friendly. Perfect!
