What customers say
Cannamore gets top marks for its tranquil vibe, stunning nature, and the super friendly, helpful owners. Private, clean toilets per pitch are a big hit! Spacious, neat sites, often in wildflower fields, plus clean showers are also highlights. Minor quibbles about hot water and road noise aside, guests rave and want to come back.

Liked Such a lovely campsite. So peaceful and calm. As a family we all enjoyed the wild field and watching all the nature. Roy and Claire were great hosts. Having our own toilet key was a great touch and having flushing toilets and hot showers was such a treat :-)
We have all agreed we would definitely return here and highly recommend this beautiful site to friends and family!

We especially liked how private our pitch felt and the space left for wildlife to flourish

From the manager: Many thanks for your detailed review!
A great description of what we have to offer at Cannamore Camping!
Although we'd love to run our showers on solar, they currently run on gas! The solar panels only power the water pumps for the shower blocks and the lights for the facilities.
Thanks again from all the team!
A little spot in the middle of nowhere. Quiet, close to nature.
Primitive grass tent or trailer tent campsite
Liked Based on what we knew when we booked this site (that it was basic but each pitch has its own WC) it was idyllic. Level spot in a field close to a very clean portaloo. No extras, quiet and very calm. The staff were welcoming and kind.
Disliked Nothing to dislike.

One of the best sites we've ever stayed on. Can't wait to go back.
Power optional grass travel trailer campsite
Liked Lovely view. Large pitches in beautiful fields. Having your own key to your own private toilet, which was immaculately clean. Hot showers. The owners, Roy and Anita, were warm and welcoming, and the Shepherds hut, which you can hire, with it's own garden, looks fabulous!
Disliked There was absolutely nothing to dislike!

Primitive grass tent or trailer tent campsite
Liked Beautiful campsite, having a key to your own toilet was a really bonus, but the showers were immaculate. Roy was there to greet use on arrival. We were just on the left as you enter the site, which is perfectly small and well kept, and convenient just off the A38. We only live in Plymouth, 39 mins away, but far enough to enjoy the tranquility and a wonderful dawn chorus.
Disliked Nothing to dislike.
