What customers say
This campsite is friendly, peaceful, and clean with spacious pitches and well-kept grounds. Staff are helpful and welcoming, and it’s safe and family-friendly with a good play area and football pitch. Facilities are clean but a bit dated. Steep ramps and cramped showers noted, but most want to return.

Primitive grass campsite
Liked Felt safe. Communal areas cleaned regularly
There was a recreation area for children
Disliked Not having a plug point in the communal areas. I Couldn't charge my phone which is essential on holiday for sat nav,.communicating with family etc. I had a battery pack, but it doesn't last long. It also needed charging, but the restaurant I went too, kindly let me charge my phone there. I've never come across a site without a plug point before.
I didn't see any separate bins for recycling

We will be back. :)
Powered grass campsite
Liked Very neat pitch and wonderfully kind owner. Clean toilets and showers. Lots of washing up places with hot water. Drinking water is labelled and easy to find.
Football pitch in the middle with a kiddies climbing frame in clear view. Brilliant :)
Disliked Short steep slope up to the toilets. Could be difficult for some. Would recommend it be made into steps.
Ground gets hard half a peg deep so heavy duty pegs are needed if camping in a tent.
No camp shop but shops are not too far away if driving.
