What customers say
A super friendly, relaxed campsite with a great vibe. Guests love the spacious pitches, clean facilities, hot showers, and helpful hosts. The on-site shop's pizzas are a hit. Excellent base for the New Forest & beaches. Eco-friendly, though be prepared for occasional facility queues and compostable toilets.

I recently stayed at this camping…
Primitive grass tent or trailer tent campsite
Liked I recently stayed at this camping site and it was an absolutely wonderful experience. The team running it are truly amazing and go above and beyond to make you feel welcome. From the moment I arrived, they greeted me with genuine warmth and friendliness. At one point, I had an issue with my car and they didn’t hesitate to step in and help me jump start it. That kind of support really made me feel cared for and at ease. The facilities at the campsite are top-notch, clean, and very well maintained. You can tell the staff put a lot of effort into keeping everything comfortable for visitors. What stood out the most was how friendly the team was—they chatted with me as if we had been old friends for years. This made the whole atmosphere feel very relaxed and homely. The location of the site is excellent, surrounded by nature and incredibly peaceful. It’s the perfect spot to unwind, disconnect, and recharge. I especially loved how quiet it was at night, with only the sounds of nature around. The sense of community at the campsite was very genuine and welcoming. It’s rare to find such a balance of great facilities and such personal, thoughtful hospitality. Overall, I couldn’t have asked for a better camping experience. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending this place to everyone I know.

Plenty of space, friendly and helpful…
Primitive grass tent or trailer tent campsite
Liked Plenty of space, friendly and helpful staff, small bar to buy drinks and snacks. Our kids were fascinated by the compost toilets and we all enjoyed being able to have a fire pit to make it a “real” camping experience!

Primitive grass tent or trailer tent campsite
Liked Literally just got back and already looking forward to going again next year! The Manor is run by a lovely family - they’re so welcoming & you won’t be short of a laugh or two. Location is great! Short drive to a dog friendly beach. Facilities were spot on. They give you so much space. We paid extra for a fire pit and wood, which we’d definitely recommend. At night there’s pizza and music at reception. Just all round a great stay! See you next year!!! Love Lucy, Dan & Boyd 🐾
