Primitive grass travel trailer campsite
Liked Location, cleanliness of facilities and attentiveness of warden. Warden spotted us arriving and introduced himself, helped locate us a quieter spot to pitch up as the site was rather busy. Although busy and not a big toilet/shower block the facilities were kept very clean. Shower was nice and hot and even had a hair dryer in the ladies. Friendly, relaxed and nice atmosphere on site. Good value site. Nice and level ground too. Great for our one night stop on the way to Southampton ferry from Kent.
Disliked Felt the site was a little lacking in the amount of toilets and showers.

Primitive grass tent or trailer tent campsite
Liked This is a lovely, friendly, laid back campsite. The toilet block is clean and well maintained, the showers are hot and free, and the washing up facilities are great. The owner and manager are on hand and stop by to check everything is ok or just for a little chat. Campfires and bbqs are allowed. It is a short walk to the most picturesque village with a good variety of shops. I couldn’t recommend this place any higher
