A friendly, small, quiet site with great views and stream. Flat, clean grounds perfect for hiking. Walk to Coniston Water. Pub across road. Only one shower and limited toilets can be an issue, but good value for money.

Liked Great basic little site, the owner is really friendly and flexible. It’s conveniently located for great walks and the pub over the road is lovely for food.
Disliked There is only 1 shower for the whole campsite and it can get very busy. Also limited toilets.
There is no hot water to wash up.
