Sunny Leisure is a friendly pub site in a peaceful village location in North Yorkshire. Located in the village of Church Fenton near the market town of Tadcaster, this laidback spot is well-connected to Yorkshire's urban hubs and is only a little over half an hour's drive from central Leeds or York. Despite being surrounded by a rural environment, this site is also a good option for car-free breaks, as Church Fenton's railway station can be reached on foot approximately three quarters of a mile down the road. Located in the grounds of an award-winning inn, this small and welcoming campsite is also next door to a Mediterranean takeaway and within strolling distance of other amenities like an Indian restaurant and the village's other pub. Facilities-wise, you have toilets, showers and a washing-up area here, as well as the pub just across the field for food, drink and evening entertainment. The local community shop is within walking distance too, and stocks locally sourced fresh produce. Sunny Leisure prides itself on being a family-friendly place to stay, and dogs are welcome to come along and join you too (as long as they are kept on their best behaviour, of course).
