What customers say
A basic, off-grid campsite with stunning ocean views near Cayton Bay beach. Spacious, peaceful pitches. Limited facilities (portaloos, water tap), generally clean but some noted availability/upkeep issues. Exposed and windy, with occasional flies. Great for peace and nature.

Exceptional panoramic views ! ...but be aware can get windy
Primitive grass tent or trailer tent campsite
Liked Magnificent view !
Pitches are plentiful and spacious. Several 'festival type' portaloos are adequate for this size of campsite.
Owner sends a welcoming email with all necessary info prior to arrival. Network of walks including Cleveland Way linked directly to the site beach walk.
Disliked Just the fact that, in one breath, the water supply is 'safe' but then advised to use bottled water. Boiled ours anyway so no worries.

Liked Little Gem -amazing place with amazing views. Well looked site, clean toilets and has toilet paper. After heavy rain, signs were put for a new route to enter or exit, to avoid the mud. We enjoyed our stay and recommend it 100%. Will come back for sure.
