What customers say
This adults-only site gets rave reviews for its peaceful vibe, spacious level pitches, and super-clean facilities. Guests love owner Sarah's friendly help. Handy for A1 stopovers or exploring. Downsides? A bit of road noise and showers could use an update.

Liked The site is clean and the pitch’s spacious. The owner Sarah came to see us to make sure everything was ok and even opened the gate for us as we were going out for the day. It’s a nice quiet site, you can hear the road but it didn’t bother us as it’s not to noisy. We are going back again in October.

FHU cement/asphalt and grass travel trailer campsite
Liked This is our second visit to Venus and certainly won’t be our last,I has great access from the A1 for a start,It is perfectly located for all the local beautiful attractions, the campsite itself has great spaced out pitches and fully serviced,It’s adult only so just peace itself,All the facilities here are second to none and nothing is a bother to Sarah the lovely boss lady who can’t do enough to make you feel welcome and help with anything,She keeps the toilets and showers immaculate and the place is a credit to her hard work, a separate dog walking area also,Security gate helps you sleep with ease and gives peace of mind if you go out for the day etc,All in all this is a big 10 out of 10 from us,Already looking forward to our next visit

Liked Lovely quiet site with basic but very clean amenities.
Sarah (owner) introduced herself and made sure I knew where everything was. If I had an issue, which I didn’t I knew Sarah could be contacted.
I will definitely be returning.
Disliked Nothing really, no WiFi but that wasn’t a negative for me
