What customers say
A friendly, quiet site with roomy, level spots & clean, basic facilities. Enjoy canal-side walks to pubs/shops, a dog-friendly vibe & good value. Some road/camper noise & a wish for facility upgrades noted, but most guests want to come back.

Liked Been before so knew the set up. Large pitches, we only had one night here this time, not too far for us to travel and to test out some new kit. Great facilities, and a friendly welcome ☺️

Primitive grass campsite
Liked Convenient facilities, easy to shower with a baby. Dog friendly. Small sight, nice path created in the field to walk the dog. Really clear and helpful instructions sent before arriving and warm welcome on the site.
Disliked The recycling and separating rubbish is a bit awkward, there were free spaces but we were given a certain pitch, which was next to people who were speaking loud until deep in the nigh ignoring quiet time, their dogs barking. I expected this to be managed by the site owners. They were on sight keeping an eye out from behind the window of their caravan all day. Other people where quiet and respectful. Would have wanted to choose to be further away from people who enjoy themselves in a loud fashion.
