What customers say
Rose Farm Campsite offers a warm welcome & peaceful vibe. Guests laud clean, well-kept facilities, esp. heated showers. Pitches are spacious & level. Great for exploring, with good public transport links. Minor points: a bit basic, occasional long walks to facilities. Overall, highly rated, with many wanting to revisit.

For the price there are plenty of better sites with better facilities

Liked Close to bus stop to Great Yarmouth
Disliked There are no signs, the site is behind a new development Belton Country Park homes, no signs on the road, turning etc
Owner/manager quite abrupt
Dog to be on lead at all times even lying on your own pitch
We were put up on a upper tier which was extremely windy, no shelter whatsoever, the lower tier seemed ok, we were told it was usual for the winds in this area (were now on a beautiful site in Trunch all sheltered pitches with little wind)
There is a long walk to the facilities, toilets, showers, water point etc
The area for washing utensils could do with a good clean

A lovely, relaxed way to spend a holiday.

Liked We had a fantastic 11 days - we were shown to our pitch on arrival and nothing was too much trouble. Toilets / showers were well maintained and the site is well located for lots of activities. We loved Gorleston-on-Sea beach - easy to access, free parking and dog friendly we spent a lot of time there!

Maybe a "no frills" site but the price at £40/night certainly is.
Powered grass campsite
Liked Sadly, not a great deal.
Disliked Pitch allocated was bare earth (rock hard), although others (empty) had grass and had to park at an angle as pitch short with embankment although motorhome only 5.9m so could not tie down one side of awning as it would be on the road. Facilities really tired, in need of repair not that clean.

Felt as if we were marooned and forgotten at the far end of things
Primitive grass campsite
Liked Shower block at the far end of the site
Disliked Poorly maintained area for touring campers.
Shower and toilet facility was poor re; no drainage for the single shower, no toilet paper in the toilet, bin crammed full and never emptied during our 2 day stay.
