What customers say
Rose Farm Campsite offers a warm welcome & peaceful vibe. Guests laud clean, well-kept facilities, esp. heated showers. Pitches are spacious & level. Great for exploring, with good public transport links. Minor points: a bit basic, occasional long walks to facilities. Overall, highly rated, with many wanting to revisit.

Wouldn't go back.
Powered grass campsite
Liked Location was good.
Disliked Pitch was in amongst seasonal caravans.
Most we've ever paid for a pitch but it was last minute, and over bank holiday weekend.
The site isn't as described,.

Not the best!!
Primitive grass campsite
Liked The location for what we needed it for.
Disliked The toilets stink! The sitesqueezed so many people in it’s like sardines! The pitches was so hard and stoney its bent all the pegs.
There’s no quite time so people was driving on and off in the early hours and shouting keeping people awake. The pictures didn’t really match what we got.

Definitely not for us, we won't be returning.
Powered grass campsite
Liked Nothing.
Disliked The amount of seasonal pitches, this site should be for seasonal pitches only as they seem to have taken the site over. The smell of the toilets was awful all weekend, the noise from very rude and inconsiderate campers, the litter, for such a large campsite only one grey water and one chemical toilet area, the facilities definitely need some tlc.

Overall poor facilities. Will not be returning
Primitive grass campsite
Liked Good location for exploring both the Broads and the coast
Disliked Non - electric field really is the poor relation on this site. Two toilets in a shed, one shower which didn’t drain away and a foul smell in the toilet / bin area. Not sure if this was coming from toilets or bins. Bins were overflowing for all four days of our stay. Pitch was also full of quite tall weeds round the edge and dead little trees with weeds round the base.
