What customers say
This well-kept spot has spacious, level sites & great, clean washrooms, especially the showers. Families loved the awesome playground, farm animals, and the popular pizza barn/cafe. Despite some shower lineups at busy times & minimal signage, reviews are mostly great, with many wanting to come back.

Suitable for small children and families, very friendly venue.
Primitive grass tent or RV campsite
Liked Clean and tidy, friendly basic camping venue. Took my 6 Yr old for one night, he enjoyed the playground and seeing the farm animals, being in the countryside and the camping experience. Cafe and pizza barn were good additions. Toilets and showers were spot on!

Liked Great site, lovely open space to camp and lovely facilities. The pizza place and cafe on site are lovely (the cafe is expensive though)
There were some guests burning a fire directly into the grass which isn’t permitted and with the grass / ground so dry and tents was very silly but the owner was super quick to come and extinguish the fire.
There isn’t any contact or wardens here just a text before you arrive but that’s fine with us
Disliked Nothing really, we go year after year and love it here

Primitive grass tent or RV campsite
Liked Great Campsite!! A large open field with excellent toilet and shower facilities. A good play area for kids and they have indoor softplay also. A decent cafe that sells good food and good coffee, a pizza barn that sells homemade pizzas and beers from a local brewer, which is a nice touch. They also have farm Animals you can view round the back of the farm too. We went for Sunday lunch at a pub in Tanworth in Arden which i recommend too. All in all had a great couple of days. Highly recommend 👍
Disliked The only thing i would say which isn't really a negative but it would be nice if there was a freezer somewhere so we could freeze our ice blocks for our cool box when they have defrosted.

Disliked The dogs off lead - the dog poo next to our tent. This was at no fault of the site, rather the owner of the dog.

Busy carpark but the Campsite is lovely with nice clean facilities
Primitive grass tent or RV campsite
Liked The campsite was beautiful in a massive field. I just turned up and pitched in the field wherever I wanted. There’s no set pitches. There’s a park for kids to enjoy. The toilets were well kept and clean. There were 2 showers which were nice and warm and clean. I saw people using electric from the toilet block to charge their phones and pump air beds up. Little cafe was lovely and the pizza evenings were delicious. I highly recommend.
Disliked There’s signs up everywhere about registering number plates for paying for parking. I’m not sure whether I needed to register my plate. Time will tell, if I get a fine from not registering. I didn’t see the owners to ask the question and the cafe staff didn’t now either. Theres a doggy day care nursery opposite the campsite which was quite noisy with dogs barking on the Friday starting early in the morning but seemed to be closed on weekend. Trains pass the campsite which can cause noise disturbance. Also, there seemed to be lots of cars coming back and fourth in the car park. All of the above may annoy some people with the noise. But to be honest, I’m not fussy and we had a lovely time.

Liked Great location if like the Warc's countryside. Near to Stratford upon Avon etc. Showers were good.
Disliked £25 for a small tent and a shower is ridiculous. The place seemed deserted when I arrived.

Superb family site, open and level field with beautiful views.
Primitive grass tent or RV campsite
Liked Hot showers, big kids play area, freedom to see the animals, lovely coffee shop, pizza barn with music and bar, having such a big space to camp. Kids say flying their kites was the best bit.
Disliked Although everywhere was continuously kept very clean, one shower was leaking and the other one had a faulty door which wouldn’t close. I’m sure both will get fixed soon. The only other negative was not knowing if the children could use the indoor play barn - no clear instructions on what we were permitted to use / areas we were allowed to go. I did try to ask at the pizza barn but they are a separate business. Didn’t impact our stay as our children loved the outdoor park and the weather was good.
