What customers say
This well-kept site boasts roomy, level pitches and spotless facilities, including private shower stalls. The on-site bar and restaurant are well-loved for their affordable, tasty food. It's praised for fishing and dog-friendly trails. Despite a few comments on train noise and minor shower upkeep needs, reviews are overwhelmingly positive, with many planning return visits.

Clean, well equipped site in a good location for visiting Lincoln.
Powered cement/asphalt RV campsite
Liked Couldn't fault this site. The welcome was friendly, pitches well spaced and facilities were good. The restaurant and bar were excellent. It was just a bit of shame they were doing building work as this caused a lot of noise when we were eating and there were no toilets accessible from within the building. The bus to Lincoln can be caught from the nearby village of Potterhanworth and food at the Chequers Pub is excellent. There is a cut through path to the village through the site, but you'll need to take a torch.
Disliked Nothing. Probably worth noting the touring site is near a busy railway line and trains run all night. It didn't bother me, but it may bother those sensitive to noise.

The location, we were visiting family…
Camping pod (comfort, pet friendly, double)
Liked The location, we were visiting family who recently moved to the area. The toilet/shower facilities were clean and warm. The site was beautiful with the ponds etc and I can imagine in the sunshine it would be a great place to stay.
Disliked Not their fault but the weather was awful! After a beautiful summer it rained almost constantly and there was nowhere to sit other than the bed in the pod. The on site pub closed at 4pm but we sat in there for a while and it was very nice, dog friendly.
No free wifi
