My my, now this is something extra special… Flock to the 540 acres of Warren Farm, a scenic site set at the top of the National Trust’s Brockhampton Estate, for hols in a Herefordshire hideout with jaw-dropping views. From the highest point on a clear day, you can see up to eight counties, but before you settle down to spend time peering at the scenery, enter the archway into the farmhouse courtyard and pitch your tent on a peaceful field that’s part of an old drover’s route. The sheep graze here in winter, so the grass in the meadow is kept low enough for you to stay comfortably under the beech trees during the warmer seasons. As night falls in this placid place – after supper and a sip of ale at the local pub – stare at the sky and admire the stars. If you’re an early riser, it’s worth waking up in time to catch the sunrise across the spectacular landscape too. During the day, it’s all about exploring the many tracks at the adjacent Bromyard Downs, Bringsty Common and, of course, the moated Brockhampton Estate. Into mountain biking? The surrounding paths are a little extreme but fab for folk fit enough to tackle them. If you’re a dab hand at riding, try the hilly 26-mile route from Knightwick (five miles) to Storridge along lesser-used lanes through the Suckley Hills. It includes three prolonged climbs, so it’s a bit of a workout (but the six pubs enroute might just make all that exercise worthwhile…). A secure building is on hand at the farm to store your bike overnight.

This quiet farm campground boasts gorgeous country views & private, roomy pitches. Guests rave about the kind, helpful owners, spotless washrooms with hot showers, and great on-site hiking, especially to Brockhampton Estate. Facilities are basic but clean. A few noted dim washroom lighting & a gazebo fee. Perfect for a chill escape.

Liked Absolutely wonderful site. Lovely welcome from Fraser, large pitches and beautiful views all around. It was so peaceful apart from the abundance of bird song. Cannot wait to go back soon.

Liked Spacious pitches, easy check in/welcome, stunning views, spotless loos and showers. 20 minute scenic walk to the pub. What’s not to love?

Primitive grass tent campsite

Liked Great camping spot!
When we arrived we were welcomed by the owner (she saw us arrive) and showed us where everything was. The site itself is lovely, the higher up you go the better the view and they have wheelbarrows to borrow to lug you stuff from the car to your pitch. The site is very clean and cared for.
The facilities were clean and well stocked with loo roll and soap/sanitiser.
We were the only ones there for the night and it was very peaceful and relaxing (note it’s a farm so you may hear sheep/cows).
It’s a dog friendly site too- they have a bin for poo bags which is very useful!
Overall the welcome and stay was very accommodated with such lovely owners and we would definitely stay again!

Liked Beautiful green pitch overlooking fields and hills to set up our camper van.
Friendly welcome.
Our dog loved the walks.
Toilet and shower cubicles very clean. Instant hot water and powerful shower.
Walks from camping field to see sun set over Malvern Hills then a walk through the woods where we say lots of bats. We forgot our torch so turned around and walked back to the camper.
Very peaceful.
Ideal for visit to National Trust Brockhampton Estate with Moated Manor House - 2 minutes up the road - worth a visit.

Disliked That we were only there for 1 night.
