What customers say
A peaceful, rural riverside site. Campers enjoyed the friendly welcome, clean washrooms, and ample space. Basic facilities are available. Some wish for better dishwashing and more toilets during peak times. Occasional noise was noted. Great value, with many keen to return.

Not quiet
Primitive grass tent or RV campsite
Liked Rural location
Disliked Not quiet - several large groups with big speakers near the access to the river. Like a mini-rave! Which is a shame as would have been nice riverside location.

Great pop up site
Primitive grass tent or RV campsite
Liked Brilliant little pop up site.
Basic with couple of toilets, one shower and one washing up sink.
But located next to a beautiful river, friendly guy running the site. Great little get away for a bargain price.

Primitive grass tent or RV campsite
Liked Very friendly welcome. The campsite is accessed through a working farm with goats and some sheep. Facilities are basic but good with flushing toilets and a cold water washing up area. Good 4G signal. There's a nice pub 2 miles up the road.
Disliked The river was a bit stagnant and had a smell due to lack of recent rainfall, but I'm sure it's normally fine. It was only a problem in the immediate area.

Perfect for our one night stay.…
Primitive grass tent or RV campsite
Liked Perfect for our one night stay. Right by the river. Simple, clean and no dramas.
Disliked Only slight downside was that one group dominated all the tables and the jetty. Camped all around that area.
Nice and friendly group, but perhaps have that area a no camping zone.
