Liked Didn't arrive

Disliked Tried to call to arrange a late check in, after 1700. The previous reviews stated the gates were locked after 1700. As they did not answer 20 plus calls we decided not to go.

Liked First time at Marwell Activity centre firstly all the staff were welcoming and extremely helpful. The site is clean and well presented. Toilet/showers were clean throughout and we saw the staff routinely checking them. We didn't realise you needed to pre book all the activities but when we return we will not make that mistake again. Lovely place to visit with family and will go back in the future.
