Lovely location and grounds, but be aware it is next to a busy road.

Liked Lovely ground and location with friendly and really helpful owners.
Disliked The toilets/showers were clean, however there was a really unpleasant odour. It is also right next to the A46 so road noise is apparent but of course this is not the owners fault.
