Liked Friendly family run camsite and farm, always happy to help in anyway they can. You are a stone throw away from many choices of beaches, Roskillys ice cream near by and overlooking mounts bay to watch the sun set.

Liked Views are amazing and well situated high up, you are greeted when you arrive and the owners are extremely helpful. The sire is very well maintained throughout and cleaned on a regular basis.

Liked Big spacious field well off the road no noise at night, owners were friendly and very helpful, great for dogs all very dog friendly. Situated in a great place lots to explore not to far to travel for essentials. Nice stay offering a coffee van on certain mornings.

Liked Excellent site, with a good layout - lots of smaller camping fields (especially for non-hook-up pitches) so it doesn't feel crowded or cramped. Excellent facilities, toilet/shower block nearest our pitch (the one closest to the swimming pool and restaurant) was kept spotlessly clean throughout the day by a very hard-working cleaner. Indoor pool is lovely, quite busy but that's to be expected during the summer holidays. The outdoor pool looked nice too, but we didn't use it during our stay. Family changing rooms we nice and clean too. On-site shop was well stocked. Reception staff are very helpful, and even in the middle of the summer holidays we were able to extend our stay easily. Restaurant food was very nice, good bargains on evening meals and breakfasts. All food and bar staff were very friendly and helpful. Park over all was very clean and well maintained. Bus stops directly outside the site, with a direct link into the main part of Newquay (and also stops directly outside of Newquay Zoo).

Disliked Not much to dislike about Hendra. The only downside is unfortunately one to be expected on a holiday park - the prices at the bar! Also during our stay, the free wifi that should have been available in the restaurant and club was not working.

Liked The location of the campsite is a quiet location. Near costal walks and the beach, 15 minute walk to the town centre. The staff which is a family run business, very friendly and helpful. Facilities are excellent, very clean and a good example of what campsites should be. Nearby shops, one which is on the opposite side of the road on another campsite which anyone can use Or a local spar shop which is about 1 minute down the road.

Disliked Their is nothing to dislike, This was our first family camping trip and we are very proud to say we will be booking again really soon.
