Liked Trewan Hall really is an excellent campsite. Usually my only concern is having a decent amount of space to pitch the tent up away from others and a basic level of cleanliness. Trewan hall has a big field that is pretty flat (non-electric at least, dont know about the other one), plenty of toilets and showers, a small park for the kids, a drying room and a library with a few puzzles and games the kids enjoyed for an hour. We were told we could charge up phones etc from sockets on the games room and use freezers if we wanted. There are also table tennis tables, a shop and a swimming pool (closed on our stay but looks good). All in all everything you could need and more, friendly staff, would definitely recommend to anyone staying in the area.
Disliked Nothing

Powered grass tent or trailer tent site
Liked Well kept clean camp site, staff are friendly and accommodating. The pitches are well sheltered with hedges and the park area for kids is very good. The pitch prices were very good.
Disliked Pitches are a little on the small side, tents quite close together.

From the manager: Thankyou for your review. All of our pitches have the legal specified width between them, with many having more! When people bring gazebos and put up windbreaks around their specified areas, it proves challenging for us to make each pitch the specified width so sometimes we have to provide alternative pitches. In future we may have to ask people to refrain from putting windbreaks around their pitch as a result of this. We look forward to seeing you again. Regards Ginny
