Liked Views! Peace and quiet, level pitches. Compost loos are clean and there's a very handy communal kitchenette. Joe was very friendly and helpful, letting us store our stuff in a secure and dry area during a storm. The locally produced Wensleydale Cheese is delicious!!

Liked Quiet, peaceful, homely site - the communal kitchen is a massive plus, with fridge, freezer, stove, kettle, charging points and two sinks. I also love the vibe of the place, with straw bale buildings, wild flower meadows and sense of community.

Liked What a welcome!! I was travelling alone, found myself the only camper in a big field, but was welcomed by Gill and Simon as a friend. We shared food and sat under the stars and talked. The site is basic, with just a compost loo - but it is amazing what we don't need. Massage of different types are offered. I'd recommend this! The care that came with it was just what I did need.

Liked Peaceful field, excellent value for money. Very helpful owners. The toilet/shower/washing up facilities are clean and spacious and have everything needed. Excellent value for washing machine and dryer. The stars were awesome - saw the Milky Way on two nights (not the nearby tourist attraction!). Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here, thank you!
