Disliked They really need to do something about the temperature of the Swimming Pool, it's freezing! And was o both day we went, advised that's the standard and the way it is.

As for the swimming pool… we know some like it hot, but we’re definitely not aiming for an ice bath! We’re sorry it felt so chilly during both of your visits.
