From the manager: hi belinda we're sorry you didn't experience what 99% of other guests do and can only conclude this site isn't for you or like minded motorhomers! our target audience is campervans and being a family site to which we have all the facilities to cater for. it's unfortunate for you regarding the shower, however a simple adjustment of the temperature knob on the boiler would have had you steaming 🤣 we're unsure of why you've scored us so little especially on facilities as we noticed you didn't use the pool/playground or walk around the historic buildings considering you never left your van. for all the above we're bemused as to why you booked in the first instance? Good luck with your next venture !

Liked This is one of the best camp sites we have stayed at in terms of staff helpfulness, organisation in terms of identifying pitch upon arrival, communication. The toilet blocks are clean, spacious and have great facilities. The location is glorious. We have already visited twice in six weeks :)

Liked Grounds and pitch were spacious Good shower and toilet facilities Friendly and helpful owners Site located for easy access to Padstow Although camping we had access to the hotel facilities including outdoor pool for free
