Liked We enjoyed a brilliant 2 night sunny bank holiday here, wow it was just so peaceful and relaxing. They have really thought of everything that you will need in the little kitchen and comfortable beds with so much storage inside the cabin. (Lakeside). Nicky was a very attentive host checking in and making sure we are ok! As bird lovers we saw and heard so many too which was a highlight.

Liked Well what can I say, clearly the owners have put their heart and soul into this place they have thought of absolutely everything. We have stayed in quite a few glamping huts and never have we been in one quite like this. From the peaceful wide open field, all the things to do for the kids and the special touches that made it such a wonderful stay. Good base for exploring the area. We loved the chickens and the fire pit especially and the skies are so clear for watching the stars. We hope to be back in this slice of heaven next year.

Liked Very cute accomodation, basic but is as advertised. We really enjoyed our weekend here and there are lots of beauty spots in the area to see. The cafe was lovely too. We also had a problem during but it was dealt with very quickly!

Disliked Not neccicarily a dislike but the toilets/shower are a little walk from the accommodation and sometimes a bit busy

Liked What a hidden gem they have here. Very basic anemities but we didn't mind. The rental tent suited us just fine and we're greatful to have beds and basic equipment included. Set up right in the forest which felt so magical, firepit also included made the nights so memorable too. The real star of the show was forest school (tickets booked separately) but wow what an amazing experience for me and my children. Hoping to come back next year and try out one of the huts!

Disliked Only two flushing toilets so just a bit of a queue in the mornings!

Liked We had such a restful time here staying in the hive as a family of four, it had everything we needed in the kitchen area, even washing up liquid and was clean and beautiful. I just loved the firepit and relaxing by the lake. The site is so well kept and was so quiet and peaceful, we loved watching all the ducks everyday. The location is a short drive for days out but that was perfect for us, to return from an adventure to relax. Showers and toilets were immaculate. Ps. You don't need to fish to enjoy a stay here!

Liked Our cabin was a great little base to explore the area, facilities were good and always nice and clean. Stunning views, and we really liked the fish and chip van that visited was a nice touch. Main bed was comfortable and the kettle was handy!

Disliked My only dislike is the very big set of rules when you arrive, particularly, no smoking anywhere on the site. Unfortunately this wasn't clear on pitchup at time of booking. We thought there would at least be a smoking area but no. I have still given five stars as this is just our preference.
