Liked What a beautiful space, So calm and peaceful. Really friendly staff who are really helpful. Cafe & Bar great, who seem responsive to what guests want. Disliked We were on the lower level and think the higher levels are nicer, with toilet block/showers closer.

Liked Love the Burton Fete weekend, but also the atmosphere, area and calm the site offers. A happy site for us.

Liked This was a beautiful site with so much to offer and we had a great time here. The location is perfect and we loved Tavistock. The site was very clean and offered a small shop with plenty to offer.

Disliked Our only dislike was the property next to the site with dogs barking and howling. One day is seemed like 24 hours. Maybe 7/10 harsh but is did spoil this beautiful site. However we would return

Liked Lovely small site that was quiet even though full. Easy walk to local pub and local walks. Close to canal walks

Disliked Toilet and shower, one for male and one for female, maybe a third unisex. Very basic and not very clean. Could be a lot better, with more regular servicing. No reception area, check in by text.

Liked This is really a pub stay with the benefit of waste disposal and water. There is a shower and toilet. The location for Cirencester and Tetbury is great with easy access to surrounding area. Pub is great with excellent food and really friendly staff. Stayed here twice now and will return.

Disliked The Shower and toilet are in one room, not separate.

Liked We love this site, it is quiet and pitches are good size. There is a good sized Dog Area. The owners do all they can to help you. My review should really be 4.5, but I did not have that option. Offers the most amazing sunsets💕

Disliked The only small thing was that the toilets and showers were immaculate on our last stay and I felt the standard had dropped. Maybe just not such considerate guests!

From the manager: Thank you for your review. We did try and keep the toilets and showers as clean as possible but unfortunately due to some of our guests, this proved impossible.

Liked Lovely little site behind the pub which was super friendly and served excellent food. In between Cirencester and Tetbury, which are both beautiful. Good value but only one toilet and shower for the camp site, which was ok. We will definitely go back.

Disliked The area by the CDP and waste area was very slippery under foot.

Liked What an amazing site, Jess the site Manager was really friendly and helpful. No worries about your pitch being taken by someone else if you move off site for the day, all well managed. Showers and toilets basic but very clean, as are other facilities. Very dog friendly site. Pub next door very nice with great food. All in all great weekend away here.

Disliked Very short season, early June to Mid September. Could do with more than one shower.

Liked Beautiful well run site with immaculate shower/toilet block. Little shop on site and staff really friendly and helpful. Took our little dog and walks start adjacent to site. It was great . Steam train within 5 minute walk to village up the lake with good walks and great pub The Eagles for lunch.

Disliked We were under the tree by front gate and found we could not get signal for TV, which would not usually be problem as we barely watch TV, but would have been nice when we visited, as weather not great so inside more. If you like your TV make sure you are not under a tree on road side pitches.
