Disliked Bin in each area rather then one central, but that’s being really picky.

Liked Clean pitches, clean toilets and shower block, generally tidy park with good play park. Easy access to London

Liked Entertainment was good, main site was clean, park and activities very good, swimming pool lovely (although didn’t feel 26’)

Disliked Touring showers and toilets were not the cleanest and very dark. Entertainment area did not have enough seating / space for everyone that was using it No phone signal at all anywhere on site

From the manager: Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review, we are pleased to hear you enjoyed your stay with us. Our outside pool can feel slightly chilly depending on the outside weather, our pool temperature is checked daily. Our toilets are cleaned hourly it is a shame to hear these were not up to standard during your stay. We are working on improvements to the facilities' this winter to be able to provide extra seating unfortunately this is not something that can be easily resolved in season when the problem first occurs. Unfortunately the mobile signal is out of our control. Thanks again for your review, we hope to see you again!
