From the manager: Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback. We're pleased to hear that you enjoyed the lovely surroundings, peaceful atmosphere and good-sized pitches at Nethercraig. We appreciate your comments regarding our facilities. Some of our facilities are older, and while we work hard to keep them clean, well maintained and in good working order, we appreciate that they may not have the most modern appearance. Your comments regarding the door to the wash-up area and the debris around the shelter by the ladies' facilities are particularly helpful, and we will ensure these points are looked into. We are sorry that the facilities did not meet your expectations in this regard. We always welcome feedback from our guests, as it helps us identify areas where we can make improvements and ensure that the high standards we aim for are maintained. Thank you again for your feedback, and we hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back to Nethercraig in the future.

From the manager: Hi there Evelyn, thank you for your feedback. If you would prefer a pitch with a view then i can highly recommend visitng our Stronachlachar motorhome pitches at the western edge of the loch. those pitches look straight out on to the loch. I also note that you rated our wifi as a 1 out of 5 however i also note that you had not paid for wifi during your stay so can only assume that that is why you found it a poor signal. If you book a fully serviced pitch then you will receive access to our wifi as well as power and water. Thanks again and hope to see you in the future.
