As a tourist we (and our neighbors) did not like to be mixed with residents

Facilities are clean and generous!

Motorway is too close and noisy day and night.

Wifi in a hut, which when visited didn't work. Office closed so could not enquire why.

Not a dislike but there is a bit of road noise,also steep drive off the road,long motorhomes or caravans can scrape the road

Nice friendly welcome - room for ball games away from pitches. Facilities block was clean (and regularly cleaned)

Whilst there was space between the pitches it felt very crowded, if the tent field was in use I can see that being crowded. There was only one facilities block at the bottom of the hill so if you are pitched in a tent at the top prepare yourself for a long walk.
There is no getting away from the fact you are next to a fast dual carriageway which is noises and never really quiet (not exactly something the site can do anything about but worth being aware of).
Chemical loo disposal point was ‘awkward’ (difficult to rinse out tank due to short pipe on tap and nowhere to really rest tank apart from putting it where you’ve just tipped it)!

One of the shower was covered in hair the whole time we stayed and blocked. The shop was not good and what was available was expensive and the owner were not that helpful or friendly

Nice pitchs great views and the staff are helpfull.

Its right next to a A419 so loads of road and traffic noise 24/7
