Lady in reception was very pleasant and helpful. Plot 90 was ideal in the upper area with adequate services. Grounds are nicely maintained.

We were originally given pitch 9. I was told if only staying 1 night its where they put you. Dreadful spot and shouldn't be an option. Never gets sun and right by caravan storage. However, we were given an adequate alternative. Guy who does the maintenance/cleaning has a terrible attitude. He had a go at me on 2 occasions about minor issues. His attitude alone means I would never go back. I was enjoying my day but he completely ruined the experience. Location isn't great. You have to use car to get anywhere.

We’ll organised park, generally very tidy areas and pitches, showers and toilet blocks spotless.
Great location and buses close by

Sloping pitches could be a problem and some of the caravans looked a bit tired and spoilt the overall look of the site

Very friendly reception, excellent pitch, good facilities

There was a little bit of road noise from during the evening, but reduced nicely overnight.

The views across the hills, Staff was very helpful Pitch was level. Toilets were clean and tidy.

Pitch was very small, Not a lot of room to park, Exit was very steep and caught rear of caravan on exit Lucky no damage was done it just caught foot on rear legs.

Location excellent for walking direct from the site, lot's of history and wildlife to be discovered. Facilities always clean and plenty of hot water for showers and washing up. Staff very friendly and helpful.

WiFi was, at it's best, weak and mobile signal was patchy.

The amount of care that has gone into looking after the site. The toilet block is great with the amount of showers and toilets, never had to queue
The areas for dogs to be off the lead, haven’t come across a camp site that does this and it was really helpful
Leaflets to take away for walks around the area

For us personally, the Residents pitches should be kept separate from the touring pitches , they look messy and not very attractive.Plus hardstanding pitches too narrow.
