• All guests spending the night at the park must present their ID at the reception desk and sign registration forms.

• Bookings are nominative and non-transferable.

Changes to your holiday

• Bookings cannot be amended within 30 day(s) of arrival.

• Entertainment and activities are available between 01/05 and 31/08.

Safety

• Firearms are not permitted.

Hired accommodation

• Hired accommodation: a EUR400.00 ($715.60) damage/cleanliness/bracelet deposit is required within 0 days of arrival and will be refunded within 0 day(s) of departure after inspection of your unit, should no damage/losses be found.
• Hired accommodation: a EUR80.00 ($142.97) damage/cleanliness deposit hold is required prior to arrival and will be released within 24 hours of your departure date after inspection of your unit should no damage/losses be found. The site will contact you for your card details so that the deposit is pre-authorised on the card used to make your booking.
• Hired accommodation: EUR480.00 ($858.72) damage/cleanliness/bracelet deposit is required on arrival and will be refunded on departure after inspection of your unit should no damage/losses be found.

General

• In the event of a complaint, please speak to reception immediately. Complaints which are not brought to the management's attention during your stay cannot be dealt with once you have left the site.

Arrivals and departures

• Late arrivals must notify the park as soon as possible. Your booking will be held for 24 hours. After this period the management reserves the right to relet your unit.

Extras

• Motorbike(s) can be brought instead of the car(s) included.

Occupancy

• No hen/stag parties permitted via Pitchup.com.

Arrivals and departures

• No refunds/discounts for inclement weather, late arrivals or early departures.

Vehicles

• No vehicle movement between 10 p.m. and 7 a.m..

Safety

• Open fires are prohibited.
• Please do not touch or feed the animals.

• Please note that the toilet facilities are unisex.

• Quiet hours must be respected between 10 p.m. and 7 a.m..

Reception

• Reception is closed from noon to 2 p.m.. No arrivals are permitted between these times.
• Reception is open from 8 a.m. to noon and from 2 p.m. to 7 p.m. between 01/04 and 31/10.
• Reception is unmanned after 7 p.m.. Please inform the campground while on your way there should you expect to arrive after this time so that the team can provide information about your unit/site.

Safety

• Swimming in the lake is not allowed.

General

• The bar is open between 01/04 and 31/10.

Dogs

• The campground/park does not accept breeds/crossbreeds listed in the Dangerous Dogs Act (i.e. Pit Bull Terrier, Japanese Tosa, Dogo Argentino, and Fila Brasileiro) and/or any of the following: Staffordshire bull terrier, American Staffordshire terrier, Rottweiler, any Mastiff or Tosa.

• The fishing lakes are stocked with truites, carpes et poissons blancs.
• The grocery shop is open between 01/04 and 31/10.
• The management reserves the right to deny access or terminate the stay of those guests whose behaviour is deemed unsuitable. No refunds will be offered.
• The restaurant is open between 01/04 and 28/09.
• This campground/park pratique have a catch-and-return fishing policy in place.

Admission

• Under 18s must be accompanied by their parents or legal guardians.

• Units will be allocated on arrival.

Visitors

• Visitors’ cars are not permitted on site.
• Visitors must register at reception and pay their fee.

Pitches

• You must follow the management directives when pitching your tent/unit and related equipment.

Hired accommodation

• Your unit must be left clean and tidy; a fine of EUR80.00 ($143.12) will be charged for unclean units upon departure.
