On-site accommodation

Admission

• Admission is only permitted after registering at reception.
• At least one of the party members must be aged 16 or over.

Dogs

• Dogs must be kept on leads and supervised at all times.

Hired accommodation

• Hired accommodation: a EUR200.00 ($324.27) damage/cleanliness/bracelet deposit is required within 7 days of arrival and will be refunded within 21 day(s) of departure after inspection of your unit, should no damage/losses be found.

General

• In the event of a complaint, please speak to reception immediately. Complaints which are not brought to the management's attention during your stay cannot be dealt with once you have left the site.

Arrivals and departures

• Late arrivals must notify the park as soon as possible. Your booking will be held for 24 hours. After this period the management reserves the right to relet your unit.

Extras

• Motorbike(s) can be brought instead of the car(s) included.

Occupancy

• No hen/stag parties permitted via Pitchup.com.

Hired accommodation

• No naked flames are allowed inside the hired accommodation units.

Vehicles

• Only one car is to be parked by the pitch. Extra vehicles must be parked in the designated area.

Safety

• Open fires are prohibited.
• Please do not touch or feed the animals.

General

• Radio, music and TV players must be kept at a low volume. Car doors and boots must be closed quietly.

Reception

• Reception is open from 8 a.m. to noon and from 3:30 p.m. to 8 p.m. between 03/04 and 01/11.
• Reception is unmanned after 8 p.m.. Please inform the campground while on your way there should you expect to arrive after this time so that the team can provide information about your unit/site.

Occupancy

• Single-sex bookings of 6 or more people (couples and immediate family members excepted) are not permitted via Pitchup.com.

General

• The fishing lakes are stocked with pike.
• The management reserves the right to deny access or terminate the stay of those guests whose behaviour is deemed unsuitable. No refunds will be offered.

Visitors

• Visitors’ cars are not permitted on site.

Hired accommodation

• Your unit must be left clean and tidy; a fine of EUR55.00 ($89.17) will be charged for unclean units upon departure.
