What customers say
Spick and span campsite with modern loos, showers & washing up. Owners are legends – super friendly and helpful. Big, flat sites, many with water/elec. Pub's a ripper. Can hear the road a bit, but no biggie.

Fab site, great hosts, wonderful bar.
Powered grass site
Liked Everything, from the greeting at reception to the farewell on departure. Perfectly clean showers and toilets. On site washing machines and dryers. Plenty of room for doing your dishes. Lovely open site with large pitches. Fabulous bar, with new outside table and chairs, very reasonably priced. Friendly and welcoming. Our 2nd visit and we were welcomed like returning friends. Site is quiet and fairly remote which we knew when booking. Location is really handy for venturing out and discovering Anglesey.
Disliked Having to pack up to come home

Liked Everything! The friendliest owners, lovely surroundings, felt like a home from home. The best facilities I've seen at a camp site!
Made to feel so welcome by everyone, even our 6 month old little boy. Absolutely will be back!

Lovely quiet site. Could do with a play area for kids but great anyway
Powered grass site
Liked Toilets and shower facilities were modern and spotless, and with only a few tents on site (compared to campervans / caravans) we never had to queue for showers or washing up points. Fridge / freezer were also barely used so loads of space. Tent pitches (we had EHU) were flat and spacious.
People have mentioned the road noise in previous reviews. It is a loud and fast road - particularly at night but you get used to it fairly quickly.
Owners were visible and friendly throughout the stay, making sure we were all set up , didn’t need anything etc.
Supermarkets in Holyhead are a 10 minute drive, valley (takeaways) is 5 minutes. Enochs is a great chippy in valley🙂.
Food van was on site on Friday, looked good (Thai).
Disliked Not necessarily a dislike but If it had a play area for children it’d be near perfect.
A microwave next to the fridge and coffee machine would also be a great addition 🙂.
Neither good or bad - we didn’t use the WiFi but the mobile data signal was good (Vodafone).

Liked Very clean site, well looked after and owner very welcoming, friendly and helpful. Nice pub on site too.
Disliked Although bus stop outside site, buses only run every hour (I know this isn't in the owners control - just something to bear in mind if not driving).
