Countryside views and convenient access all in one location? Parc Bryndyfi makes a fantastic base for a Mid Wales break – this lush green oasis of a site is a proper rural place to stay, surrounded by trees and with the Dyfi river running down one side. The convenient access comes in the form of the A470, one of the main roads running through this part of the world. It’s just outside the site, making your ins and outs nice and simple and making it easy to get out for day trips to Eryri (Snowdonia) National Park or over to the coast. For even more on the convenience front, the village of Cemmaes is about 10 minutes’ walk away, with a traditional pub (serving food as well as drinks) and an award-winning village shop/café. For more shopping and eating, head to Machynlleth, 15 minutes’ drive away. The setup at this site is fairly simple, but guests have access to smart bathroom facilities and an indoor washing-up/kitchen area. Dogs are welcome, and there’s plenty of space for them and the kids to have a good run about.

Beautiful, clean riverside campsite with ace, modern facilities, esp. the private shower/loo cubicles. Site manager Chris gets a big wrap for being super friendly & helpful. Some mention road noise & not much nearby, but most rave about the peace, scenery & staff. Lots keen to come back.

Liked Everything, great location, super quiet and peaceful by the river. Although I did wake up in the middle of the night with some fox noise but that’s to be expected! Site manager very friendly and helpful. Will be back again. Pitch nice and level

Liked Ein wunderschöner Ort, um die Umgebung zu erkunden. Direkt am Fluss gelegen. Der Gastgeber Chris ist super hilfsbereit und hat viele Tipps parat. Wer den Mach Loop erleben will, kann hier bequem zuschauen. Zum nächsten Pub sind es 10 Minuten zu Fuß. Sehr saubere WCs und Duschen ohne Münzeinwurf.

Liked Excellent site in beautiful surroundings. Very friendly welcome, pitches are an excellent size and perfectly level. Facilities and very clean, private and spacious inside. A wonderful place to stay would definitely recommend

Liked Lovely site with exceptionally well kept facilities.
Power and water ideally placed in close proximity to pitches which worked well.
Asked for 2 pitches together if possible which were reserved for us on arrival.
Definitely recommend and will visit again as exceptionally handy for Dyfi Bike park.

Liked Every single thing about this place is amazing. Going to wales ? Then you need to add this place as a stop . Lovely people, nice clean facilities. Parked right by the river . It was Small walk up the road to the local pub where the food and beer was top notch , locals and staff were very welcoming. Close to Dyfi bike park which was perfect. Can’t wait to return.

Liked Absolutely everything. Chris is such a nice guy. He welcomed us really warm. The pitches are quite big and you got everything you need. The bathrooms are in perfect condition and always clean. Nothing to complain about.
