What customers say
Great farm site with roomy river pitches, top-notch modern facilities, and helpful extras like a fridge. Friendly owners, lovely walks, and cute animals. Road noise is a minor quibble for most, with heaps planning to come back!

Liked Friendly helpful hosts. Excellent facilities. Including available firepits a microwave and several kettles, a god send after a problem with our cooker we could still have a morning cuppa! Spotless showers and toilets. Good location and an amazing night sky never seen so many stars and satellites.
Disliked Nothing to dislike.

Liked Friendly introductions by owners and information provided on arrival.
Went out of way to help with area to walk our two dogs off lead and patient with our lack of retaining information!
Beautiful setting and WiFi was superb. Showers and toilet facilities excellent with hot water! Cleanliness of facilities very good, only let down by some guests who couldn’t be bothered to pick up toilet paper from the floor! Literally five minutes after cleaning completed. Braying of donkeys a real sound of being on a working farm. Owners constantly ensuring the site was clean and providing help where required.

Liked Location good.
Facilities good.
Hosts friendly.
Disliked The pitch we were allocated we were really close the the caravan / motorhome either side of us and it wasn’t clear which side was ours to use to sit out at as had groups of people sat out both sides of us so didn’t really have anywhere to go unless we were sat in ear shot of both parties .
It was a good job we didn’t bother putting our awing as either side we could have put it up, it would have been in the next doors camp they were that close.
That said we would return as the location was great, just ideally would like to be allocated somewhere we had some more privacy and could fit our awning.
