What customers say
A ripper spot! Clean facilities, friendly hosts & spacious sites. Farm animals are a big hit, especially with kids. Basic facilities but great value and a cruisy vibe for unwinding or checking out the local sights.

Lovely scenic campsite. Good quality pitch.…
Power optional concrete slab site
Liked Lovely scenic campsite. Good quality pitch. Access to a lovely little stream with farm animals dotted all around the site.
Was met on arrival and they apologised for the work as they were re routing plumbing but there was nothing to apologise for, the weather was horrendous and they were out improving their site which I though was commendable in the circumstance 😅
Toilet cubicles were brand new and very clean.
My and my little boy really enjoyed our nights stay and would definitely stop again

Just what we needed for and R and R break
Power optional concrete slab site
Liked Tremendous site so peaceful and quiet facilities were clean and the owners friendly . Loved the animals and pitches are all large approx 10m x 10m and divided with chains to mark them out . For a relatively new site the owners are making excellent progress on upgrading the site
Disliked Nothing to dislike and the fact that there is only one shower will be changing and did not cause us any issue

Power optional grass site

Disliked Only 1 shower, when it's busy probably need more than 1

Loved it here, would definitely stay again.
Power optional concrete slab site
Liked Beautiful setting and view. Having the farm animals so close was just lovely too. A real rural setting, relaxing and peaceful.
Clean toilets and facilities. Great location for a stop off from the Lake District to Edinburgh.
Disliked Only one shower available, so you have to get the timing right at busy times. However not a huge problem for us, the setting and animals made up for that.
