On-site accommodation

Admission

• Admission is only permitted after registering at reception.
• All guests spending the night at the park must present their ID at the reception desk and sign registration forms.
• At least one of the party members must be aged 21 or over.

Safety

• Barbecues are permitted but must be raised off the ground and attended by an adult at all times.

Changes to your holiday

• Bookings cannot be amended within 28 day(s) of arrival.

Safety

• Firearms are not permitted.
• Guests are advised to bring a good quality torch with them as parts of the campground/park are unlit.

Admission

• Guests under the age of 14 are not allowed on site.

Hired accommodation

• Hired accommodation: GBP120.00 ($230.74) damage/cleanliness/bracelet deposit is required on arrival and will be refunded on departure after inspection of your unit should no damage/losses be found.

Reception

• If reception is closed on arrival: please contact the number provided on your booking confirmation.

General

• In the event of a complaint, please speak to reception immediately. Complaints which are not brought to the management's attention during your stay cannot be dealt with once you have left the site.

Arrivals and departures

• Late arrivals must notify the park as soon as possible. Your booking will be held for 24 hours. After this period the management reserves the right to relet your unit.

Changes to your holiday

• Modifications are subject to a GBP40.00 ($76.91) fee.

Extras

• Motorcycle(s) can be brought instead of the car(s) included.

Vehicles

• No cars/motorcycles at the site. All cars must be parked in the designated area.

Safety

• No electric barbecues allowed.

Hired accommodation

• No naked flames are allowed inside the hired accommodation units.

Arrivals and departures

• No refunds/discounts for inclement weather, late arrivals or early departures.

Vehicles

• No vehicle movement between 1 a.m. and 5:30 a.m..

Safety

• Please do not touch or feed the animals.

General

• Please note that the toilet/shower facilities are unisex.
• Radio, music and TV players must be kept at a low volume. Car doors and trunks must be closed quietly.

Reception

• Reception is open from 10:30 a.m. to 8:30 p.m. between 01/04 and 19/09.

Safety

• Swimming in the lake is not allowed.

General

• The campground/park is not liable for any refund in the event of force majeure.

Arrivals and departures

• The campground/park will send you further check-in information 7 day(s) before your arrival.

• The management reserves the right to deny access or terminate the stay of those guests whose behavior is deemed unsuitable. No refunds will be offered.

Vehicles

• Twin axle vehicles are not permitted on site.

Visitors

• Visitors must leave the premises by 11:30 p.m..

Hired accommodation

• Your unit must be left clean and tidy; a fine of GBP50.00 ($96.14) will be charged for unclean units upon departure.
