Liked: Location for the beach Good shop Not to far to the village Great scenery
Disliked: We booked through pitch up for one night when we got there we booked two more nights and they charged us more than pitch up We don't understand why.

Liked: Close to the beach five minute stroll on flat ground from touring pitches large pitches acceptable tolet shower block (needs updating) Standard parkdeen showbar and pool restaurant
Disliked: Distance to site water taps Not a big problem

Barnstaple 2 bedroom safari tent
Liked: The glamping safari tent at ruda was great. It was clean, affordable, comfortable and well supplied so that we could rock up and just unpack no need to build a tent or set up a van! The view was great and located so close to the beach!
Disliked: The wind shook the tent a lot and some storm straps could have been useful as it was loud at night. Also as the tents are near eachother you can hear others, but it didn't bother me too much though my partner lost some sleep over it.

Liked: Site was lovely and plenty of activities, close to beach and with in walking distance of town and shops pubs etc Good base camp for visiting many local areas all of which were beautiful
Disliked: Toilet and shower blocks were ok definitely need a revamp and needed regular cleaning or at least have a mop or squeegee for customers to use had to keep my flip flops on

Liked: Excellent customer service at reception. Quickly relocated to be next to family and another query dealt with excellently. Good access to all facilities. Gorgeous views and quick access to the beach.
Disliked: Touring block showers were quite tired and often mucky but we did see regular cleaning. Littering appeared to be an issue.

Liked: Lovely walk to the beach and into Croyde - can’t beat where the site is situated
Disliked: Shower block needs major updating. They were clean but the showers were awful - had to keep turning back on virtually every 30 seconds! Also the water sprayed the back of the door instead of coming straight down !

Barnstaple 2 bedroom safari tent
Liked: Clean and tidy site, especially the shower block. Everything you need on site. Excellent proximity to the beach.
Disliked: Entertainment was a bit weak, but I understand it was midweek and out of season. Some free facilities closed too early for my liking I. E. The Boathouse closing at 22.00 but I understand the reasons why.
