What customers say
Great welcome & clean facilities. Spacious, flat pitches in a lovely rural spot near Chichester/Goodwood. Peaceful vibe, helpful staff. Unisex loos can be a bit private-issue, some note cleanliness bits. A few mention noise/other campers.

Really lovely site, we'll definitely be back
Powered grass caravan site
Liked Fantastic location, flat pitches, loved the microwave, fridge and freezer, lots of washing up facilities. Toilets and showers spotless (shared facilities were fine), urinals for the blokes too. If you don't want to stand cleaning your teeth or putting your make up on whilst others sit on the loo go to the sinks/mirrors in the showers. We were there Aug BH so pretty much full but also really quiet. Great aerial displays from the local Spitfire's and gliders. Absolutely no issues with the resident campers. Really lovely wardens/security, very friendly. Coded padlock on gate too, felt very safe.
Disliked We were in a campervan with small awning, the pitch was tiny, thankfully no-one came one side and the other was a small tent. If we'd have pitched the same as next door but one the fronts of our awning would have been about a foot apart at the most. Definitely not the 6m between units that is legally required. Thinking about it can't remember seeing fire points either.

Great location. Flat pitches. All amenities…

Liked Great location. Flat pitches. All amenities if somewhat basic. Nice to have campfires and bbqs.
Disliked Felt like they’d added more pitches for the bank holiday weekend which made it quite cramped. The facilities couldn’t cope with the amount of people. Need more than 3 toilets. No hot water majority of times and rubbish piled up due to being so busy.

It felt like a travellers site. Definitely didn’t feel safe!
Powered grass caravan site
Liked Nothing we didn’t stay even though we had paid up front for 3 nights. Definitely can’t recommend!
Disliked The pitch was tiny we only have a LWB VW T5 but the pitch wasn’t even wide enough to get the sunshade open and pegged down with guys without being in the neighbours pitch!
There was one drinking water tap for the whole site. There was a queue forming to access!
Previous to arriving I had communicated via WhatsApp with someone who confirmed my booking. But when we arrived the security told me that wasn’t anyone he knew and couldn’t explain!

From the manager: When you book in we ask where you booked and find you that way ...you were told talk to us you left sped off up the driveway and did not even give us chance to explain and on check in your asked have u paid for an awning so your given an awning pitch and you were asked to pick your spot also so you chose your pitch top middle bottom .and definitely isn't a travellers site we help all we can you dint give us chance as I state you yelled out of window n sped off down driveway ...how can we help when you picked your spot not us .
Not ideal for our family
Powered grass caravan site
Liked Staff we friendly and informative, kitchen had some basic kitchen items like kettle, microwave and fridges although we didn’t use them. Close to Bognor Regis beaches. Pitches we very level.
Disliked Kids park had a broken swing, bins were constantly full so either not cleared enough or not enough bins for amount of people on site. I don’t mind that the toilets are unisex but then they need be better designed so there is more space for people to have privacy within a cubicle, and maybe additional sinks and mirrors outside of the toilets for getting ready. I also felt the pitches were rather on top of each other, they are narrow and long.
And lastly the path off the site for walks had a warning sign to stay on the paths as toxic substances are sprayed on the fields so not exactly ideal county walks.

From the manager: Your told on arrival to report things so we can fix ...the swing was not broken it keeps been un clipped by campers children and twisted around this is not our fault this is the children of campers .bins are emptied every week as like everywhere but amount of people meant bins were full . As for the path outside the camp on the farmers fields we don't own these it's just a public right of way and belongs to him so it's unfair to blame us for what he has used as this is nothing to do with us what he uses on his fields the path is safe he saying it to keep public off his fields private land as I have since checked this out myself the paths are safe and fine his land with crops growing isn't so he's warrning ppl .
Friendly staff Level pitch

Liked Lovely little place everything there if you haven’t got it in the caravan like toilets, showers washing up facilities etc we didn’t use any as we have everything in the caravan so can’t comment
Security are friendly and chatty witch is nice
Little park for the kids which we thought was good and central to most places around
Would stay again
Disliked This is the camps thought but the contact number to ring when your there is different to the one on pitch up but hay security there and assisted to get us booked in and show us are pitch

Liked Friendly helpful security. Booked one EHU, one non, were placed together, great location, very peaceful.
Disliked Probably could update showers and toilets but were adequate for our stay.

From the manager: Thank you for the review we hope you had a nice stay and toilets will get sorted thanks again
Very basic campsite, could do with improved facilities; not expensive.

Liked Location & Flat pitches.
The phone number provided on the booking was incorrect. However when we emailed to ask about late check-in, the reply was prompt.
Disliked Toilet/shower block was very small & by day 2 of the bank holiday weekend quite smelly. Only 4 toilets for the whole site is insufficient.
No recycling facilities that we could see, so the general rubbish bins were overflowing.
Recommend to friends Visit again
From the manager: There's a glass bin and a food waste bin that no-one uses campers choose not to use toilets did not smell that's the fields farm land behind us as toilets were checked regular as always . I am sorry that number was not updated but that's not us that's pitch up as they outside platform we use we you were told on check in any issues come and tell us then we could of fixed
A quiet basic site.
Powered grass caravan site
Liked Central quiet location
Good security with coded entry gate. Bit of a pain when going in and out but gave us peace of mind.
Staff very friendly, helpful and welcoming.
Pitches nice and flat but did feel small once site filled up. (Bank holiday stay)
Microwave and kettle available for use which was handy and washing up area was well stocked.
Disliked Toilet and showers are in old shipping containers and whilst the hardware was clean and hand dryers available they are very dated and desperate for upgrade.
