What customers say
Spacious, private sites, great family facilities (pool, playgrounds, entertainment). Friendly staff. Downsides: some shower/toilet cleanliness issues, cold water, Wi-Fi woes. Rat sightings in tents and no direct beach access due to erosion were major concerns for some, leading to early departures. Food/drink prices considered high.

Liked Very friendly meet and greet, pitches were well maintained and spacious, all staff very friendly. Showers and toilets clean and kept in good order. Lots to do on site and a bus stop at the entrance.
Disliked Dogs not allowed into the bar area, ok on a warm evening but not very good in rain or cooler weather.

Powered grass tent or trailer tent site
Liked Campsite and playground was nice . Shop was good price and selection
Disliked Expensive price of food and drinks when you can go to club round the corner for drinks at nearly half price The toilet blocks were disgusting the toilet were heavily soiled and was there the whole of our stay and never cleaned while we were there . Rats running round the tents . The bingo at £18 for a set of tickets when you can go to proper bingo halls for less than that .

Powered grass tent or trailer tent site
Liked Close to Bridlington
Disliked Staff we’re decent shower facilities were full of spiders and pretty filthy however the site was full of rats we had them in our tent at night eating our food, when we complained to reception we were told what do you expect? You’re in the countryside. The rats chewed through our tent ate our food some people actually slept in their cars because there was that many rats about. We left early because we couldn’t stand another night rats running around our tent 1 brushed by my wife as she slept in her sleeping bag, Please unless you like rats give this place a wide birth customer service don’t care complained to Head office and they don’t care just said one of them things deal with it you’re in the countryside which to be fair it’s actually at the seaside, not the countryside
