Liked friendly staff, nice meals, went to indoor pool and thought it could do with some TLC , ( some tiles in the pool missing and a lot of patch work. Painted characters on windows needed brightening up or replaced) but I had a nice swim can't fault it . nice toilet/shower block on camp site but there was a strange smell about it ! was made welcome, yes I enjoyed it and would come again.
Disliked Being woken up at 4 each morning by a cockerel ! but that is nature not the only bird as the crows started then pigeons , just nature so not complaining.
Situated in an amazing location but I’ll be avoiding Parkdean!!

Liked The site is next to Burgh castle ruins (5 min walk from the camp) its views are unbelievable. Amazing for dog walking and even the kids were going on their bikes to watch the sunset each evening as it was that stunning.
Good instant was very nice not too over prices but the drinks were extortionate.
Disliked Everything else really. Not to sound miserable but the pitches were so uneven and full of stones. So wasn’t the easiest to pop the tent up. Half the reason I chose this site was that it had an outdoor pool with slide. Great for our 3 teenagers who had already started summer hols. 4 out of 5 days they went swimming and the slide was closed. I went into reception multiple times to be told by the lifeguard management that they were busy doing other jobs to open the slide with it not being high season yet. We were there 6-11th July. Reception staff extremely rude. On the first night we went to get some food and the ceiling caved in on us due to how severe the rain was falling. Act of god. The staff in restaurant were lovely. We had to move our own table twice and finish our dinner. No complaints as our food avoided the water just kids were a bit wet, but the bar manager asked us to go see park manager the next morning as they’d like to give us some vouchers for being understanding. The restaurant was evacuated shortly after.
Popped into reception and the manager Paul did everything in his power to avoid us. Excuse after excuse and this is when we didn’t even have a complaint!! Was just going down as per bar managers request. Also they needed statements on file of what happened.
Facilities- yuck! Not very clean and the showers are shocking, you have to hold the button to get water running but it doesn’t keep flowing for a few seconds like some do, it stops and the showers are shoulder height. So trying to wash your hair whilst having to keep the button in was joyful. I did end up going in disabled next time my hair needed washing.
Nice site shame about shower facilities never spoke to any staff

Liked The park itself was ok as was the entertainment, food court and swimming pool
Disliked The shower facilities pressing the control for the shower was actually horrendous as water was only on for approximately 5/10 seconds would be impossible for a parent to wash a child no shop on the park had to go to the other park which if you have a motorhome was a bit of a chore
Such good value

Liked Staff were amazing. Receptionist gave me an a welcome. Maintenance staff amazing, and did not laugh at us trying (dismally) putting up awning. Lady in the bar. Can’t remember her name but she worked her socks off. On her own (too much) but she never let her smile drop. I hope they recognise her worth. Toilets and shower clean. Reviews about noise - well I bunked out in the awning and literally by 11pm it was quiet: You have to expect noise!! Such a lovely atmosphere with all other campers.
Disliked Wasps. Now I know camp cannot control wasps. However I did find they were nesting underground, near the toilets.
Don’t recommend at all!

Liked Weather, location. Pot washing facilities.
Disliked The site attracts low lifes who don’t have boundaries or care about respecting other people’s time on holiday, letting their feral vile children shout and scream! We were a few pitches away. I felt so sorry for the poor people next to them who were obviously in distress. Don’t expect anything don’t about it as there’s no one on site other than security who just shrug their shoulders and say it’s not their job ring out of hours number to get through to no one.
There is litter everywhere, smokers everywhere! FAG BUTTS EVERYWHERE, a lot of drugs being smoked, the swimming pools are never open because of PAID activities biggest scam going! We only booked the place because of the pool and never went init!!
Showers aren’t great - push buttons that instantly stop the moment you let go!! they were hot. Obviously haven’t been deep cleaned in a very very long time.
The prices of the drinks!
The whole place is crammed in like sardines. One of the worst sites we’ve ever been on. The weirdo who worked for the site without many teeth pestered us like we had never been away in our motorhome before. We have to clear up
Rubbish/glass tent pegs and screws!!!
I probably won’t stay at this site again.

Liked Beautiful pool. Amazing amenities.
And fantastic location.
The club has some really good entertainment on, prices are a little high.
The staff are very friendly though, 10 out of 10 for the staff.
Disliked Wasn’t well looked after, which is a shame. We had to pick up rubbish before pitching our tent. The toilets were in a bit of disrepair, could do with a good deep clean, are repair.
Would not recommend to anybody

Liked We enjoyed Everything, Pool was good & nice in hot weather, People was friendly, Toilet & that was all clean
Disliked How hot the showers got, I could hear other kids crying because the water was to hot & some parents had to clean them in the sink, Your water in the showers need tuning down its a hazard!!!!!
Fine for a place to stay near Yarmouth. Could do with maintenance

Liked Pitches were nicely spaced. Takeaway around the corner. Near enough to Gt Yarmouth front.
Disliked Pitches not well maintained. We were on a dust patch. People driving cars too fast through site (not being policed). Finding Yare village part was very difficult- need more signage on the road in
Not worth the money - won’t be revisiting

Liked Pool when it was open
Disliked Moody staff (older generation-younger staff were a pleasure to deal with)
