Liked: We got a friendly welcome and the couple running the site were helpful throughout our visit. The park is a simple paddock but flat with plenty of room. I found the male shower block very clean. The location was good for walking in to the town centre.
Disliked: My wife did suggest that the female shower block wasn't quite so pleasant. Not so important as we are self contained.

Liked: Really friendly staff, the pitches themselves were well kept and grass cut low. Good spacing between each pitch. The toilet and shower facilities were always clean and stocked up. Washing up and laundrette area a wonderful touch. Racecourse is open to have a wander around the track which was a great touch! Thoroughly enjoyed our stay!
Disliked: Water pressure on the showers weren’t great and no option to change temperature - either very hot or very cold - no in between.

Liked: Dramatic veiw overlooking the horse racing track. The site felt very spacious. The toilet and wash up facilities felt bombproof and were always clean. The chemical toilet location was at first difficulty to find but functional. The office come shop was very handy. The No27 and 28 bus pass close to the site and offer an easy journey back and forth the town centre, although the walk into town via the course is not too strenuous.. The large gates would benefit from sign posting and letting walkers know what times they are closed to avoid having to walk the longer route back. 8/10
