What customers say
A tidy, family-friendly farm site with chill vibes. Guests love the clean, modern amenities and handy shop. Kids dig the river and rope swings. Farm tours and animal encounters are a winner. Some spots are a bit sloped, and the road's a bit rough.

Super kind and friendly staff 🙏🏼
Unpowered grass campervan, tent or trailer tent site
Liked What a lovely site. I’m new to the area and although I was only doing a stopover from south to north. I had a warm friendly reception as I was late arriving. I will definitely be back to explore more of the area. 💛

This is our 4th visit and wouldn’t hesitate to go again, we love it.
Powered grass campervan, tent or trailer tent site
Liked The facilities are very clean, owners and staff are lovely and very friendly. Lots of things for children to do, places to explore or just relax.
Disliked The site was very busy, which is wonderful to see but made the relaxed feel a bit more hustly than we have had before. Seeing children unsupervised, literally trying to destroy branches on a tree wasn’t great but dealt with perfectly by the owners and sorted within minutes.

Very nice countryside campsite.
Powered grass campervan, tent or trailer tent site
Liked Lovely peaceful spot. Beautiful countryside. Everything worked well - good shop with freezers for cool box ice packs. Also we were sensibly asked to take a bucket, fill it with water and keep it at our pitch in case of fire.
Bathrooms were nice and clean and toilets which refilled quickly. Hand soap and loo roll provided. Dishwasher is a fantastic idea though we didn't need it.
The site has a nice vibe. Lots of children having great fun in the river. The sheep were very cute. Feels a long way from other places but it isn't if you drive. Good directions and great communication from the site.
Disliked When full, it could have been helpful to have a couple more loos/showers. Many sloping pitches which may not suit those without chocks.
Wifi varied but the site was very full so could have affected connection.

Liked The site is in a beautiful setting by the river. Lots of kids having a great time during the day. The facilities were spotless and the farm shop had lots to choose from, including food and camping essentials. Andy was very friendly and helpful. Quiet at night, so had a good night's sleep. Will be returning.

Excellent camping for families
Powered grass campervan, tent or trailer tent site
Liked Excellent little campsite, this is our second year coming back. The location, the little stream for kids to splash in, the farm tour on a Sunday all made a wonderful stay. Games tent with table tennis and football is a great rainy day option.
The facilities also great, hot showers, dishwasher for £1.50 and a small shop on site.
Staff super helpful and kind.
Disliked The weather was hot so we were not allowed to use fires and BBQ - not the campsite fault though.
