  • Adults-only, dog-friendly park in scenic Lincolnshire countryside
  • Lincolnshire Wolds National Landscape and Alford 15 minutes’ drive
  • Quiet setting with direct access to walks; shops 15 minutes’ drive
Designated adults-only so that you can look forward to some peace and quiet, family-run West End Farm sits in unspoiled rural Lincolnshire, surrounded by meadows and woodland. The park is a 15-minute drive from the stunning Lincolnshire Wolds National Landscape and 20 minutes by car from the market town of Louth. Guests have the use of well-maintained showers, washing-up sinks and a summer house with a wealth of tourist information and walking maps. The well-stocked fishing pond provides a quiet spot to unwind from the pressures of daily life, and you can soon be far from the madding crowd on miles of public footpaths accessed directly from the pitches. As you can bring up to three dogs with you, there’s no need for your furry companions to miss out on all the walks either. Of course, if your aim is to do nothing much at all, you can indulge in the simple pleasures of outdoor living with leisurely alfresco picnics (when weather permits). And don’t forget that West End Farm has very little light pollution, so as night falls, grab a blanket, cosy up around your barbecue and get ready to marvel at the region’s unspoiled dark skies.

Oak Meadow power optional grass site

Liked It was our first time visiting and certainly won’t be the last. An absolute gem of a place, perfect for some much needed rest and relaxation. Kelly was very welcoming and made us feel at home. The site is extremely well cared for. The toilets, showers and wash-up area were all exceptionally clean too!

From the manager: Thank you so much for your lovely words! I'm so pleased to hear you found the site relaxing and that your first visit was such a positive experience. It really means a lot to know the little details – like the cleanliness and welcome – helped make your stay special. I’d love to welcome you back anytime for more rest, fresh air, and a proper countryside recharge! 💚

Liked Beautiful countryside and immaculate facilities

Disliked Our spot was moved last minute and not very sheltered so very windy.

From the manager: Thank you so much for your thoughtful review — I’m really pleased to hear you enjoyed the beautiful countryside and found the facilities clean and welcoming. It’s always lovely to know our guests have had a relaxing stay with us.

I just wanted to follow up regarding the pitch allocation note in your feedback. When a booking is first confirmed, the system-generated email does not yet include a pitch number — the space is left blank. This is completely normal and allows us to assign pitches manually to ensure the best experience for each guest.

As soon as your booking came through, I personally allocated your pitch and followed up with a direct message to confirm those details. I want to reassure you that your pitch did not change at any point — though I completely understand how the early system email might have created some confusion. It’s helpful feedback, and I’ll certainly review how we can make our communication even clearer moving forward.

Thanks again for staying with us — we’d love to welcome you back again soon (hopefully with calmer weather and a few more chickens to watch this time! 🐔).

Liked Hosts were so welcoming. The pitches are over sized and lots of room between each pitch. Facilities were immaculate and the dog wash station was a great bonus.
Free run hens were fabulous strutting about.
The information “station” was well equipped with maps of the areas trails and villages. Plus a book exchange/library and a selection of dog toys to play with.
The campground is peaceful and quiet- ideal for chilling out and feeding the soul!
Have already booked to go again!

Disliked Absolutely nothing.

From the manager: Thank you so much for this amazing review! 💚 I'm so pleased you enjoyed the space, the peaceful setting, and all the little extras — the hens definitely love strutting their stuff and saying hello! 🐓 I'm thrilled the info hut and dog wash came in handy too.

It means the world to hear you've already booked to come back — I can't wait to welcome you again for another soul-soothing stay! 😊🌿

Would definitely stay again but so many other places to visit first.!

Muntjac Meadow unpowered grass site

Liked Remote and isolated site - very much 'in the country'. No traffic noise, lots of space between pitches. Excellent facilities, very clean. Very friendly welcome from the owner

Disliked The birds get up very early, as did the rooster. Muntjac deer barked very close to my tent and woke me up. Generally, the local wildlife gave no consideration to campers hoping for a long lie-in. Ear-plugs would be my recommendation !

From the manager: Thank you for the lovely review — I'm so glad you enjoyed the peaceful countryside setting and felt welcomed! 😊

And yes... the local wildlife definitely like to keep their own schedule! 😂 Between Bob the cockerel and the deer, it’s definitely nature’s version of an alarm clock. Earplugs are a top tip for a proper lie-in

Hope to welcome you back again soon for more countryside calm (and maybe a slightly later wake-up next time)! 🌿💚

Oak Meadow power optional grass site

Liked Amazing location. Great facilities, very clean. Owner so friendly and helpful. Hired a firepit and brought free range eggs. Free roaming hens which i was allowed to feed- highlight. Pitches large, peaceful nights sleep, near great dog walks, our pooch loved the woodlands. There is a dog wash facility, but we didn't need tp use it. Overall highly recommend.

Disliked We only booked for 1 night, could have done more. So much more to explore in tge area.

From the manager: Thank you so much for the lovely review! It sounds like you packed a lot into your stay – I’m so glad you enjoyed the peaceful setting, the hens (they love the extra attention!), and that your pup had fun in the woodlands 🐾🌳

We’d love to welcome you back for a longer stay next time so you can explore even more of the area – there’s definitely no shortage of hidden gems around here! 😊🐔🔥

Orchard power optional grass site

Liked This is really lovely campsite. Surrounded by beautiful countryside, it is peaceful and tranquil. The facilities are great and kept exceptionally clean. The pitches are spacious with great views. Electricity only cost us £1 for 4 nights! The summerhouse has information on local walks and Kelly is around to give advice. The mowed pathways and free range hens make it a lovely place to stay and you can buy the eggs too which are delicious.
The bluetit chicks in the nest in the roof of the facilities block fledged whilst we were there - made my stay! Genuinely the best campsite we have stayed in, with helpful and friendly owners. Many thanks! We highly recommend this campsite!

Disliked Absolutely nothing!

From the manager: Wow – what an absolutely heartwarming review, thank you! 😊 We're so glad you enjoyed the peace, the views, the eggs, and even the little bluetit family (how lucky to catch that moment!). It’s wonderful to hear that you felt so at home here, and we’re thrilled to know West End Farm has been your favourite campsite – that means so much to us.

Thank you again for your kind words and for recommending us. We’d love to welcome you back any time! 💚🐓🌿

Local attractions

Hikers and cyclists are well catered for with long-distance routes like the Viking Way and multi-use Lindsey Trail in the Lincolnshire Wolds National Landscape (15 minutes’ drive). If you’d prefer to make for North Sea beaches, there are ample easy ambles along the seafront at Mablethorpe and Sutton-on-Sea (both 20 minutes), and dog-friendly hikes amid the dunes of Saltfleetby-Theddlethorpe Dunes National Nature Reserve (15 minutes). Postcard-perfect local towns to potter around include Alford (15 minutes), known for an unusual five-sailed windmill, its mix of thatched cottages and townhouses built of tiny red bricks, a buzzing Friday market and themed 1940s weekends. Largely Georgian-era Louth (20 minutes) is a lively market town packed by antique shops, indie cafés and a landmark 18th-century church with a soaring spire. If your interests are of an historical bent, get up close to the 13th-century remains of once-hexagonal English Heritage-managed Bolingbroke Castle, or pay homage to the World War II heroes of Bomber Command at Lincolnshire Aviation Heritage Centre (both half an hour).
