On-site accommodation

Pitches

• A cable measuring at least 10 metres is needed for the electric hook-ups.

Admission

• At least one of the party members must be aged 18 or over.

Safety

• Barbecues are permitted but must be raised off the ground and attended by an adult at all times.

General

• Bivvy are not permitted.
• Bookings are nominative and non-transferable.

Changes to your holiday

• Bookings cannot be amended within 5 day(s) of arrival.

Dogs

• Dogs are prohibited from main facilities and amenities.
• Dogs must be kept on leads and supervised at all times.

Extras

• Facilities/activities including fishing are subject to extra charges payable on arrival.

Admission

• Guests under the age of 16 are not allowed on site.

Hired accommodation

• Hired accommodation: a GBP100.00 ($190.82) damage/cleanliness deposit hold is required prior to arrival and will be released within 24 hours of your departure date after inspection of your unit should no damage/losses be found. The site will contact you for your card details so that the deposit is pre-authorised on the card used to make your booking.
• Hired accommodation: GBP100.00 ($190.82) damage/cleanliness/bracelet deposit is required on arrival and will be refunded on departure after inspection of your unit should no damage/losses be found.

Arrivals and departures

• Late arrivals must notify the park as soon as possible. Your booking will be held for 24 hours. After this period the management reserves the right to relet your unit.

Extras

• Motorbike(s) can be brought instead of the car(s) included.

Hired accommodation

• No naked flames are allowed inside the hired accommodation units.

Arrivals and departures

• No refunds/discounts for inclement weather, late arrivals or early departures.

Vehicles

• Only one car is to be parked by the pitch. Extra vehicles must be parked in the designated area.

Safety

• Open fires are prohibited.
• Please do not touch or feed the animals.

General

• Please note that the toilet/shower facilities are unisex.
• Public areas are non-smoking.
• Quiet hours must be respected between 10 p.m. and 9 a.m..
• Radio, music and TV players must be kept at a low volume. Car doors and boots must be closed quietly.

Safety

• Swimming in the lake is not allowed.

Dogs

• The campground/park does not accept breeds/crossbreeds listed in the Dangerous Dog Act (i.e. Pit Bull Terrier, Japanese Tosa, Dogo Argentino, and Fila Brasileiro).

General

• The campground/park is not liable for any refund in the event of force majeure.

Vehicles

• The charging of electric vehicles is not permitted on site.

Hired accommodation

• The damage/cleanliness/bracelet deposit required on arrival can only be paid for in cash.

General

• The fishing lakes are stocked with Mirror carp, common carp.
• The management reserves the right to deny access or terminate the stay of those guests whose behaviour is deemed unsuitable. No refunds will be offered.

Arrivals and departures

• There is no reception at this campground/park. Please check-in at the Big red brick house instead.

• There is no reception building on-site: on arrival please contact the number provided on your booking confirmation.

Visitors

• Visitors must leave the premises by 9 p.m..
• Visitors must register at reception and pay their fee.

General

• You'll need an Environment Agency rod licence (you'll need to apply for this beforehand).

Pitches

• You must follow the management directives when pitching your tent/unit and related equipment.

Hired accommodation

• Your unit must be left clean and tidy; a fine of GBP40.00 ($76.33) will be charged for unclean units upon departure.
