Μου άρεσε Playground for children was adequate if a little dated and well used. Arcade was again adequate but only open when the restaurant was open in the evening. Fantastic views and glorious sunsets. On site shop, cafe and restaurant. Animals on site and tractor rides throughout the week. Different activities at the restaurant each evening (bingo, quiz etc).

Δεν μου άρεσε Situated next to a very busy motorway with significant traffic noise, earplugs are a must. We were situated next the the toilet block which saw very heavy use (peak summer) so were frequently disturbed. The toilets were only cleaned once a day so were very dirty by morning (multiple blocked toilets, no toilet roll etc). It also had quite alot of stones on our pitch and pitch sizes were quite small, we just barely managed to pitch our 6 man tent and had to park the car elsewhere. Ground was VERY hard at this time of year being baked in the heat, come prepared!

Από τον διαχειριστή: We’re really pleased you enjoyed the fantastic views, animals and tractor rides. We’re sorry to hear some aspects of your stay were disappointing. If you had requested a larger pitch, we would have been happy to try and accommodate you, as our largest pitches are 12m x 11m. Unfortunately we can’t help the ground being very hard during periods of hot weather with no rainfall. We’d also like to clarify that while the toilet block is closed once a day for a full clean, it is also cleaned again in the evening. In addition, the arcade is open daily from 9:00am until 10:30pm.

Μου άρεσε The site is very tranquil and offers fantastic views over the Abergele coast in the distance (you can also see the big spotlights from Twyn fairground). It is clean and well maintained and being a working farm you can see (and hear) the various animals. On clear nights expect to enjoy a great stargazing experience. The wash facilities were very good and clean and were not too busy. Waste disposal seemed limited so recycling is strongly encouraged were possible. We never used the wifi so cannot comment as we had full mobile service.

Δεν μου άρεσε The short stay grass pitch we were on was on a slight incline but if you bear that in mind when pitching it shouldn't be too much of a problem. The site also closes for the evening and if you are not back before dark you will have to open the main gate or ask to be let in.

Από τον διαχειριστή: We are glad you had an enjoyable experience with your family! The gate was only closed on the Sunday night due to some unwelcome customers, it was closed at 10pm & opened at 6am. The gate is usually left open, but it is additional security if required. Apologies for the understanding and we hope to see you again!
