Μου άρεσε Superb location and helpful staff. We were lucky to visit on a crisp and clear early Autumn week and the sheltered location with all round views of rolling hills and scarp slopes leading down to the River Ribble were a delight. A particular highlight was that we were there when the salmon were running up the Ribble and over the Stainforth Force waterfalls that are located just 100 metres from the site. Settle is a 45 minute walk with a variety of paths and roads and is a traditional Yorkshire town famous of course for it's well restored Railway Station and is well served by shops and cafe's. It's starting to get a little twee and I can imagine it's particularly touristy in high summer but as tourists ourselves we can hardly complain.
