Μου άρεσε We were booked to arrive on the Friday when the heath fire started. Having seen the news we knew we wouldn’t be going. The site telephoned us to explain the situation. We received further updates over the weekend and have been told we can arrange to stay for free later in the year. The site also offered us a free trip to Africa Alive which we chose to offer back to any other family that would benefit more than us.

Μου άρεσε The very friendly welcome when we arrived. Everything you need for a couple of nights away. Shower/toilet + toilet. Washing up station, well equipped. The restaurant was extremely busy but the owner still walked us in to show us our pitch. The food in the pub was amazing. We were hoping to visit twice, but our plans didn’t allow us to. Next time maybe.

Μου άρεσε This quiet site has very large pitches. The staff are lovely and friendly gave us instructions on pitching which was perfect. The toilets and showers are always clean and well stocked. Swing and seesaw for the children and lovely walks along bridle paths. Local to Morrisons although if you walk it’s a trek to the actual main road, but if you love walking it is perfect.
