Μου άρεσε Staff were extremely friendly and helpful Site facilities were clean Pitches are good size Fishpool Inn a short walk away - lovely place.

Δεν μου άρεσε Mobile signal was a bit flaky.

Μου άρεσε This is a great site. Lovely setting with a nice little bar and pizza shack in the evening. Lots of boats passing through including a family of swans. Breakfast in cafe was good but just be wary of ordering a large tea because it’s huge and enough for at least two people. Toilets and showers were clean.

Δεν μου άρεσε It’s a big site so could do with a map for, example, where the washing up facilities were and how to access the canal towpath. Shower facility needs somewhere ie a shelf to put your toiletries. Need to tell the vehicle reversing on the path along the motor home site to turn off their reversing alarm at 6 o’clock in the morning !!!

Μου άρεσε Made very welcome on arrival by Pauline and got a fabulous pitch next to the river. Site is quite small but plenty of space between pitches. Although rural, Corwen and Rhug estate are within driving distance and there are a few pubs also fairly close (2-3 miles). Nice little bar on Fridays and Saturdays where you can chat to other campers over a drink. All in all a really nice place to stay.

Δεν μου άρεσε Toilet and shower block a bit tired but given the time you spend in the shower versus the time you can sit by the river enjoying the sunshine it was a minor thing. You do get some traffic noise from the A5
