Μου άρεσε The host is a lovely guy with loads of local knowledge and a whole list of places to visit. The field was very spacious and not overcrowded, loads of space for the children to play, the views are lovely. The host has a very relaxed attitude and by his words “as long as everyone uses common sense there is no need to get involved” We will definitely stay here again.

Δεν μου άρεσε The showers were a bit hot and miss with the hot water and could do with upgrading in the future.

Μου άρεσε Small quiet campsite, very local to several attractions, pitch sizes were generous.

Δεν μου άρεσε No body on site to tell us where to go on arrival, no host introduction, we had to call someone to make final payment. The final payment had to be in cash, that made things a bit difficult as I don’t carry cards on me to withdraw money. No running hot water on site at all, we had to wash our hands in very cold water. There were obviously people living in caravans on the site that were using the laundry area, and clothes were left out every day in several different areas of the toilet/laundry/washing up/shower block. 2 days of no toilet roll in the toilets. We were told when we eventually saw someone, not to use one of the electric hook up points as it was “a bit dodgy” I feel an out of order sign and some barrier tape would have been more health and safety compliant. If I could have found somebody to complain to, I would have and on leaving, I would have asked for at least a 50% refund

Μου άρεσε The host Natasha, is one one nicest, welcoming and happy people you could wish to meet. The site is small, quiet and very rural, it almost felt like we had the whole site exclusively, for our family it was exactly what we like. The shower blocks were cleaned regularly and the shower heat and pressure was amazing. I loved our stay and we will definitely book for next year. Thank you Natasha for making us feel so welcome. Μου άρεσε Clean toilet and showers regularly, plenty of entertainment, swimming pool was clean.

Δεν μου άρεσε Injured myself on day 2 due to a loose toilet seat, this was reported and not fixed. injured myself on day 7 due to very slippery tiles in the swimming pool. CCTV in toilet and shower blocks very intrusive with no sign on the gents toilet door to indicate CCTV is in operation (required by law). So many children on bikes riding around the site making it very unsafe to drive in and out of the site. Dogs allowed but no dog waste bins on site. We booked a large pitch due to the size of our tent, we had to squeeze our tent into a smaller pitch next to another tent but never received an explanation even though we asked several times.

Μου άρεσε Staff were amazing, very friendly and extreamly helpful. The pitch sizes were very spacious, with my ten man tent, my fiends 8 man tent and a 3 meter gazebo between us, we still had loads of space. We stayed for 7 nights and part of that was over the August bank holiday where it became busy at the site but very well managed. We found the relaxed nature of the staff very appealing and it’s Made us want to book again. The facilities are minimal, however after speaking to Kevin I soon understood that this is a new venture for him and a massive learning curve and he is fully aware of the updates required and has plans to improve over the winter. Can’t wait to come back.

Δεν μου άρεσε This is only a waning to listen to the management. The ground is sunken where the electrical cable was laid. Even after being told by the manager not to park my van on the other side of it I managed to get my van stuck and had to be towed out by a neighbouring camper with a 4 X 4 my own stupid fault.
